1. Acceptance of Terms
By using akadashenterprises.com or booking any service with Akadash Enterprises Private Limited, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide repair, servicing, installation, maintenance, refurbishment, AMC and related services for consumer electronics and appliances, as well as tour, travel booking and allied services. Service availability may vary by location.
3. Estimates & Charges
- All repairs begin only after you approve a written or digital estimate.
- If you decline a repair after inspection, a nominal diagnosis/inspection fee may apply and will always be communicated in advance.
- Estimates may be revised if additional faults are discovered; work continues only with your consent.
4. Warranty on Repairs
- Repairs carry a service warranty of up to 90 days (depending on part and service type), covering the same fault and the parts we replaced.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power-surge damage after delivery, or tampering by third parties.
- Manufacturer warranties for new parts, where applicable, follow the manufacturer's terms.
5. Device Handling & Data
- We handle every device with professional care; however, customers are advised to back up data before submitting storage-bearing devices.
- Devices not collected within 30 days of repair-completion notification may attract storage charges.
6. AMC Contracts
AMC scope, coverage (comprehensive or non-comprehensive), response times and pricing are defined in the individual AMC agreement signed with each customer, which prevails over these general terms for AMC matters.
7. Travel Services
- Travel bookings are subject to the terms of the respective airlines, hotels, operators and authorities.
- Cancellation and refund policies of third-party providers apply in addition to our service charges.
- Visa decisions rest solely with the concerned embassy or authority; we provide assistance only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the company's registered office location shall have jurisdiction.
